I'm a millennial, a plant-enthusiast, a wife, a mama to two rambunctious sheepdogs and a TikTok obsession that I probably need to tame in the near future. But it's work research...right?

My love for creating content and storytelling in the social media sphere runs deep, just like a social algorithm rabbit hole. I launched Socialicity & Co. with a mission to empower people and their businesses on how to thrive in the social space and provide value in an online world of distraction and noise.

Just like it's easy to overcomplicate our own lives, we've also overcomplicated our online world, with the addition of new social platforms and features. I've created a simplified formula to cut through the chaos and burnout.

In my early 20s, I began my career as a digital producer at a Mississippi news station and then progressed as social media coordinator for a national clothing brand. For the last three years, I worked at a successful ad agency in Louisiana as a social media manager/strategist and collaborated with some amazing companies and organizations including Party Time in Baton Rouge, Tiger Athletic Foundation, Turner Industries, Versa Integrity, Keep Louisiana Beautiful, Stiver Engineering and more.
